Questions about the app, your account or your membership? Email us. A person reads every message.

Write from the email on your account and tell us your @username, so we can find you quickly.

Report a post or a member

Tap the ••• on any post, or open a member's profile and tap •••, then choose Report. Our moderators review every report within 24 hours. You can also email us about it.

Block someone

Tap ••• on their post or profile and choose Block. Their posts disappear for you everywhere in the app, and they aren't told. To undo it, open your Account, then Blocked members.

Cancel your membership

Cancel from Manage membership on our website, or email us and we'll cancel it for you. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Cancel during the free trial and you aren't charged.

Delete your account

Open the app and your account menu.
Choose Delete account and read what will be removed.
Confirm.

Deleting your account also cancels your membership straight away. Can't get into the app? Email support@cheatcode.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.

Kai and outside AI services

Kai's answers are written by outside AI services, and the app asks your permission first. You can turn this on or off any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent.
